  1. Gently melt the Dark chocolate over a low to medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the pan and keep stirring until it comes together into a shiny, lovely looking Dark Chocolate river.
  3. Use a pliable mould and pour in the mixture.
  4. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 12 hours or longer if you can wait.
  5. Remove from the fridge and serve with whipped coconut cream

Tip: You can omit the chocolate bar from the recipe and simply grate some over the top when it has set.
